It depends on your plan. On the Free plan, you add reviews manually. On Starter and Pro, you connect your Google Business Profile once: your existing reviews are imported, and new ones arrive automatically every 6 hours. With Pro, you can also sync on demand.

You receive a notification. Additional responses are blocked until the end of the month or until you upgrade.

Yes, always. HelloReviews generates a proposal — you review and edit it if needed before validating.

You review the suggested response, edit it if needed, then click "Publish to Google": it appears on your listing straight away. On Starter and Pro, you can also turn on auto-publish in Settings for 5★ or 4 and 5★ reviews: the response is then published without any action from you. A review containing criticism always waits for your approval, and you can turn the option off at any time.

It's available on the Starter and Pro plans, for reviews synced from Google. The Free plan allows manual review entry, without direct publishing.

Yes, on the Pro plan: all your existing reviews are imported automatically on connection, and each new Google review appears within 6 hours. The Starter plan imports your last 50 reviews. The Free plan does not offer Google import.

HelloReviews is a Belgian company (Arietis Consulting SRL, BCE BE 0688.954.772). Our database is hosted in the European Union. Some sub-processors (AI, hosting, email) are located outside the EU and covered by standard contractual clauses, in compliance with GDPR. Details in our privacy policy.
