Account data (email, encrypted password), business data (name, address, language), Google reviews (text, author, rating, date — imported with your explicit consent), payment data (managed by Stripe, not stored by HelloReviews), usage data (logs for debugging purposes).
Service provision (contract performance), AI response generation via Anthropic (contract performance), transactional emails (contract performance), payment processing via Stripe (contract performance), service improvement (legitimate interest), legal compliance.
Supabase (database, EU servers), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments, PCI DSS certified), Resend (transactional emails). Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Account data: contract duration + 3 years. Reviews and responses: contract duration. Payment data: 10 years (Belgian accounting obligation). Technical logs: maximum 90 days.
